Alicia Bowling has been a part of the Austin real estate landscape since 2013, getting licensed in 2014 and spending the following years building a depth of experience that most consultants simply do not have.
Her background spans every corner of the industry. Agent work, leasing, property management, high volume sales teams, and years of operational work inside a major brokerage where she gained direct insight into how hundreds of agents ran their businesses. That breadth of experience became the foundation for everything EL Consulting is built on.
In 2022 Alicia launched EL Consulting with one goal in mind. To give real estate professionals access to the kind of honest, experienced guidance that actually moves the needle. Since then she has worked with high level agents across multiple cities in the US and the UK, helped reset more than five brokerages, and expanded her work to include business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs across industries.
Her approach is direct, practical, and unapologetically non-traditional. She does not believe in one size fits all frameworks or cookie cutter advice. Every client gets a process built around who they are, how they work, and what they actually want their life to look like.
Working with Alicia looks different from what most people expect from a business consultant. There is no corporate playbook here.
